Delivery Policy
We deliver to Adams County, WI and the surrounding areas.
We offer same day delivery on local orders placed by 1:00 PM Monday through Friday.
(Orders for delivery on Saturday should be placed by 1:00 PM Friday to ensure availability for scheduled weekend delivery.)
No Sunday, Holiday deliveries, or after hours deliveries are available at this time.
Payment Options
We accept cash, check (please have your Driver's License ready), Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Apple Pay in-store.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for telephone orders.
Sales Tax
All orders placed will be subject to sales tax of 5.50%
Special Offers and Coupon Policy
Special offers, coupons, or discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. Anchor Floral may limit the number of promotions allowed per order. Please read the official rules that accompany each special offer, coupon and discount for specific details.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Any cancellations should be requested one business day before the scheduled delivery. We are unable to cancel or change any orders already delivered or presently out for delivery.
If you find it necessary to cancel or change delivery dates or addresses for any other orders, simply call us at 608-339-6447.
We are unable to accept cancellations or requests via e-mail or Facebook messages.
Substitution Policy
We are committed to delivering your arrangements on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible. Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value.
Our design team will recreate your chosen design based on their creative interpretation. The overall effect of the arrangement will remain the same, with our team paying careful attention to overall shape, size, style and color combinations.
In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
Containers and vases pictured online may be substituted for another of similar style and value.
